Term 3 Week 3 Notices

Kia Orana and welcome to Cook Island language week.  Mrs Mareroa has organised a Cook Island Food Competition. This is an optional activity if you would like to take part.

Thank you to everyone who supported the two fundraisers last week for Niksham’s family.  They were both a great success. The milo raised $100 and there was $600 raised from the coin trail.

On Tuesday we welcome Joe into our class.

We have GO4It on Tuesday morning with a sports bay of plenty teacher and library in the afternoon so don't forget your library books. The milo fundraiser is happening again on Tuesday to raise money for Niksham and his family. If you would like to have milo you just need to remember a cup and $1.

This week we have Mary MacKillop day on Friday. Mary Mackillop is a very important part of our school as she founded our school. We will be heading to the church for Mass at 8:45 so please make sure your child is at school before this time.  Parents are very welcome to join us. New children to the school are being welcomed at this Mass. Each class is having a shared morning tea so could your child please bring a small plate of something to share with their class members. We have some fun rotations to recognise this special day in the middle block and then in the afternoon, we have some sports activities with the whole school.

Thank you to all the families who came to the three-way conferences last week.  The children’s goals will be uploaded to Educa.

Enjoy the rest of your Sunday and see you tomorrow.
